All Star Welding delivers professional abrasive blasting and protective coating services from our Darwin base. We prepare and coat structural steel, pipe spools, pressure vessels, plant equipment, and fabricated assemblies both in our workshop and on site.
Our coating applicators are trained and experienced in applying a wide range of industrial coating systems, from single coat primers through to complex multi-coat epoxy and polyurethane systems specified for immersion, atmospheric, and chemical exposure environments.
Every blasting and coating job is carried out under our ISO 9001:2015 quality system, with full documentation of surface preparation grades, DFT readings, batch records, and inspection hold points giving you the traceability your project requires.
What We Offer
Abrasive Blasting
Dry abrasive blasting to AS 1627.4 — Sa 2, Sa 2.5, and Sa 3 surface preparation grades using steel grit, garnet, and recyclable media.
Sweep Blasting
Sweep and brush off blasting for surface profiling, coating adhesion preparation, and maintenance recoating of existing painted surfaces.
Epoxy Coating Systems
Two-pack epoxy primers, midcoats, and topcoats for structural steel, pipework, and equipment in atmospheric and immersion service.
Polyurethane Topcoats
High-build and standard polyurethane topcoats for colour, gloss, and UV resistance in external atmospheric exposure environments.
Zinc-Rich Primers
Inorganic and organic zinc-rich primers for maximum corrosion protection on structural steel and fabricated assemblies.
