Scope & Planning
We work closely with clients to define scope, identify risks, establish hold points and build a detailed project execution plan aligned to your programme.
Procurement & Fabrication
Materials are sourced to specification and fabricated in our Darwin workshop under ISO 9001:2015 quality controls, with full traceability and inspection records.
Site Mobilisation
Our crews mobilise with all plant, equipment and PPE required. Site specific safety plans, SWMS and inductions are completed before any works commence.
Construction & Installation
Coded welders, riggers and structural steel erectors execute works to Australian Standards. Hold point inspections and NDT testing are conducted throughout.
Coatings & Finishing
Abrasive blasting and industrial coatings are applied to specification AS/NZS 2312, client paint schedules or project-specific requirements.
MDR & Handover
A complete Manufacturer's Data Record is compiled and submitted including WPS/PQR records, NDE reports, material certificates and as-built documentation.
