All Star Welding's steel erection team brings the same rigour and precision to site that we apply in our fabrication workshop. From pre-engineered buildings and industrial platforms to complex structural frames, we manage the full erection scope from first lift to final bolt-up and inspection.
Our crews are experienced in working in remote and challenging Northern Territory environments, including Defence facilities, mining sites, and coastal infrastructure. We coordinate closely with structural engineers, project managers, and other trades to keep your programme on track.
All erection work is carried out under our ISO 9001:2015 quality system and in compliance with AS/NZS 5131 Structural Steelwork Fabrication and Erection. We hold a Construction Licence for Structural Metals Erection to $2M with the NT Building Practitioners Board.

Site-specific WHS plans, SWMS for all high-risk activities, and daily pre-start toolbox talks keep our crews and your site safe.
Quality Inspection
Hold points, in-process inspections, and final bolt-up verification are documented and signed off under our ISO 9001 QMS.
