ASW holds independent contractor accreditation through Contractor Accreditation Limited, confirming our compliance with recognised industry standards for safety, financial capacity and operational capability.

This accreditation verifies that our systems, personnel and insurances have been independently assessed and approved, providing assurance to clients and principal contractors of our ability to deliver compliant, high-quality work.

ASW is accredited for:

• Structural Metals Erection – up to $1 million
   
• Structural Metals Fabrication – up to $2 million

ISO 9001:2015 establishes the framework for an organisation-wide quality management system focused on consistency, customer satisfaction, risk management, and continual improvement.

Our ISO 9001 certification demonstrates that we operate with structured processes, documented controls and a commitment to continuous improvement across all areas of the business, supporting the delivery of reliable and high-quality outcomes.

ASW is currently in the process of obtaining formal certification and operates in accordance with the following internationally and nationally recognised standards:

ISO 3834-3 sets out the quality requirements for welding processes, including welding coordination, qualified personnel, approved welding procedures, inspection and traceability.
Working in accordance with this standard ensures consistent welding quality and compliance with Australian welding requirements across fabrication projects.

AS/NZS 5131 is the primary Australian and New Zealand standard governing the fabrication and erection of structural steelwork.
It defines construction categories, quality controls, inspection requirements and documentation needed to ensure safe, compliant steel structures.
Our systems are aligned with AS/NZS 5131 requirements, including its integration with ISO 3834 for welding quality management. 

All Star Welding is actively progressing toward certification and currently works in accordance with ISO 3834-3, AS/NZS 5131, requirements as part of our commitment to quality, safety and compliance.
