ASW is proud to support the new Jirribilyi Borroloola Central.  A $24 million mixed use development including retail, commercial, community and accommodation uses.  Being developed by the CBT to support economic development and entrepreneurship in the region and provide more services in an underserved community. Our team is delivering safe, efficient and code-compliant steel fabrication and installation services to support the successful delivery of critical operational infrastructure, while maintaining high standards of quality and minimising disruption to ongoing site operations in the remote environment.

The development will include: 

• 3 commercial tenancies - Including Purple House Renal Dialysis, NTG Child and Family Centre and a NTG Services Hub
• 6 retail tenancies - including fitted out bakery, café and pharmacy. Three retail tenancies dedicated to supporting local business establishment. CBT is currently working with interested locals and will be supporting business establishment
• A community meeting space and language centre
• A youth and family programs precinct
• Accommodation for business operators and service providers
• High quality parkland and public spaces for improved community amenity

ASW is proud to support the new Maningrida Police Complex, a major NT Government project delivering a modern, fit-for-purpose facility to strengthen remote policing capacity across the region. Our team is providing safe, efficient and code-compliant steelworks and installation support to assist with the delivery of critical operational infrastructure, ensuring high-quality execution in a remote environment with minimal disruption to site activities.

 ASW successfully delivered and installed over 150 tonnes of structural steel frameworks as part of Stage 1 & 2 works at the Bradshaw Field Training Area (UOTF) in the Northern Territory. Supporting a range of operational and training facilities, our scope included steel erection for single- and double-storey training structures, entry control points, observation posts, storage and administration buildings, as well as stairs and walkways. Located approximately 600 km south of Darwin, UOTF is a major Australian Army training precinct and forms part of a combined Australia–U.S. training capability, requiring safe, precise, and schedule-driven delivery in a remote environment. 

 ASW is proud to support the expansion of the Mala’la Health Clinic in Maningrida, a vital project improving healthcare access for the Northern Territory’s largest remote community.  The upgrade will deliver additional clinical rooms, a dedicated rheumatic heart disease space, sealed parking and a staff training room. ASW contributing safe, efficient and code-compliant steelworks and site installation support to help deliver high-quality infrastructure for one of the NT’s busiest clinics, ensuring the facility is better equipped to meet growing community health needs. 

The fabrication, installation and testing of stainless steel piping to convey utility services from onshore systems to berthing naval vessels via connection points located along the wharf and pontoons

The fabrication, abrasive blasting and coating of demountable steel chassis frames intended for modular accommodation units at RAAF Darwin. These chassis form the transportable substructure for prefabricated buildings used in defence housing or training environments.
