All Star Welding is a family-owned and locally operated engineering and fabrication business, established in 2017 located in Darwin, Northern Territory. The company has grown to be one of the largest fabricators in Darwin, operating from a fully equipped workshop facility. The business continues to expand in both capability and capacity.
ASW was founded by Todd Bell, whose career was built within the oil and gas sector — an environment known for its demanding schedules, strict compliance requirements, and high expectations for quality and safety. Through first-hand experience, Todd identified an opportunity to deliver a better service model: one that operates efficiently in fast-paced conditions while ensuring work is completed correctly the first time.
Todd brings extensive technical knowledge and leadership to the business and holds internationally recognised welding qualifications, including International Welding Specialist (IWS) and International Welding Inspector, certifications through the International Institute of Welding, as well as WTIA Welding Supervisor certification to AS 2214 for structural steel welding. This depth of qualification underpins ASW’s strong quality assurance culture and technical governance across all projects.
ASW has successfully delivered high-end works on major projects for the Northern Territory Government and the Australian Defence sector, demonstrating the company’s ability to operate within highly regulated environments and meet stringent safety, quality, and compliance requirements. Our proven performance within these sectors reflects our reliability, professionalism, and capacity to support critical infrastructure and defence-related works.
